Australia Post & Express Post Information

We ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand!

Live succulents cannot be shipped outside of Australia.

There are quarantine restrictions applied in WA, NT & TAS for live plant (such as succulents), soil, and wooden products. That being said all other products can still be delivered to WA, NT & TAS.

Live succulents will be replaced with a succulent decorative candle when customers from Australia purchase and deliver to WA, NT & TAS from Solid Flora. The same applies for customers outside of Australia, live succulents will be replaced with a succulent decorative candle.

All postal orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order placement.

Customers will have the option of both standard & express post.

Customers from within Australia should expect delivery to take 3-7 business days for standard post, and 1-3 business days for express post.

No dispatches or deliveries will be done on public holidays.

Australia Post has the authority to leave parcels in a safe spot at the provided shipping address if the recipient is unable to receive the parcel in person at the time of delivery. If the courier has assessed that there is not a safe spot at the given address, the parcel will be brought up to the local post office and wait for collection by the recipient. It is the recipient's responsibility to collect the delivered parcel as soon as possible to keep the contained contents inside in good condition.

Please make sure you check the shipping address is correct. Once the order is shipped out, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If Australia Post is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, the standard process is for them to return to the sender. The parcel cannot be re-routed to another address and we cannot reimburse any losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Tracking Your Order Information

Every order has a tracking number as part of Australia Post shipping.

When you place an order check to make sure you have the correct full address and contact details (email address & mobile number). Make sure to include unit/apartment number (if applicable) as this is one of the leading causes for non-deliveries. It is great to double check!

Tracking notifications are enabled for you mobile number and email address. Once order is dispatched you will receive details from Solid Flora via SMS or email for tracking your parcel.
