Unfortunately, not all living things are perfect in this world. Every plant sold by us won't be identical to the photos displayed on this website. This is due to seasonal change and weather conditions, but Solid Flora will always make sure it looks as similar to the products photos. Refunds will not be given for minor inconveniences.

For items that are not live plants, please make sure you check size and measurements cautiously, as we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

We do not offer refunds for customers who change their mind after purchase.

All products are carefully packaged before transit for a safe delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure the handling by Australia post couriers and cannot be held responsible for damage in transit. We are not responsible for postage delays, so no refunds will be given for any inconveniences in this situation.

It is the customers responsibility to carefully check and make sure the correct delivery address has been provided and to track the location of the parcel. We are not responsible for parcels being redirected to the post office, nor are we responsible for a failure to pick up a parcel from the post office, or a following return to sender.

When a return to sender has occurred for example due to an incorrect shipping address or a failure to pick up the goods from the local post office, please note:

Perishable products and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-perishable products may be refunded given the items are returned in good condition.

Shipping fee, plus cost of the replacement items will be required for re-delivery.

If customers have any concerns that come up after opening the delivered parcel, please contact us via email within 5 business days of the delivery. Please also send a few photos that would make assistance easier for our team.
